Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between lee jorjo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Cross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cross's choice of entrance music: Adrenaline. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jorjo takes a shot right to the bread basket.
jorjo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
jorjo shoots in and drives through. Cross sprawls well.
jorjo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cross avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for lee jorjo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
jorjo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cross's waist but Cross gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing jorjo off to one side.
lee jorjo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
jorjo looks for a takedown but Cross sprawls well.

Cross has jorjo up against the cage in a clinch.

Cross pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Cross's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
jorjo shoots in but Cross avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Cross lands with a nice combination. jorjo backs away looking to recover.
Cross slaps away a takedown attempt from jorjo, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Cross stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cross wants it to stay on the feet.
jorjo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cross tries to avoid it but jorjo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cross to the ground. Cross escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
jorjo is breathing heavily.

Cross rushes jorjo and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Cross pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
jorjo takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cross throws a leg kick which misses jorjo's front leg but catches the back leg as jorjo tries to avoid it.

Cross lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but jorjo circles away quickly and effectively.
Cross throws a nice inside leg kick.

Cross instigates a clinch.

Cross escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cross scores with a hook.

Cross darts in and clinches jorjo up against the cage.
Cross pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Cross manages to break the clinch.
Cross scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Cross lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
jorjo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cross as he jumps to the side.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for jorjo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Cross lands with a kick to the ribs.
Cross connects with the punch.
jorjo takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Left hook, right uppercut from Cross.
Cross circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! jorjo drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Cross follows jorjo to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
