Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Billy West!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Guy Dude!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West fails in his attempt to clinch.
Dude circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Dude. No joy for West on that attempt.
West looks for a takedown but Dude sprawls well.
West dives in and grabs Dude's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dude pushes down on West's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy West. That's going to take a lot out of him.
West shoots in but Dude avoids the takedown attempt easily.
West shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dude pinned against the cage. Dude gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dude will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dude thows a huge punch but West dodges it nicely.

Dude thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed West's head.
Dude uses his free foot to push down on West's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for West.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dude tries to control but West wriggling away.
Dude throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Dude is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. West can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Dude breaks from West's wrist control and lands an elbow.
West really is a fat lump.
A nice elbow there by Dude.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee warns West that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
West wants to get back to his feet.

Dude cracks West with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Oh West is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Dude lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Dude postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt West bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Dude and the fight is over!
