Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Filip Hais (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anders Lundin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hais comes into the arena with Dimples by Charlene Choi blaring out of the sound system. Filip Hais could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Anders Lundin's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Anders Lundin!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lundin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Hais avoids the head kick by Lundin.

Lundin gets caught flat footed, as Hais shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Lundin throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Hais tries to free his leg and advance position but Lundin is retaining full guard.

Hais drops back looking for a leg! Lundin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lundin manages to kick Hais off! Hais jumps back into Lundin's guard.
Lundin throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Hais tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hais has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Hais takes a little break here. Lundin wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Lundin parries the strikes from Hais easily there. Hais is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Lundin to escape.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lundin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Lundin has his foot on Hais's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hais works his way back into a safe position though.

Lundin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hais can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hais trying to control the position from guard on top but Lundin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Lundin wants to hit a switch here but Hais passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Lundin there!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lundin is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Hais has taken his back!
Hais is not going to allow Lundin to sit and survive in this position.
Lundin might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hais kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lundin can do anything to dispel that myth.

Lundin had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hais is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lundin Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hais's back instead.
Lundin lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Hais hold on?!

And that's the end of the fight!
Filip Hais showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hais, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
