Cowell throws a left that rocks Fisher and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Cowell dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Fisher regain composure!
Fisher is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fisher tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Cowell presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Fisher is still in real trouble! Can Cowell finish him?
Fisher tries to improve his position but Cowell has taken his back! Cowell has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Fisher tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Cowell Pushes Fisher away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
