Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marshall Eriksen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and kees kaas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, kees kaas!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Franklyn Lucas and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A bone on bone clash there as kaas blocks the leg kick.
kaas fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
A nice combination there by Eriksen.
Eriksen misses with a wild combination.
Eriksen misses with a two punch combination.

Eriksen scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Eriksen tries to advance to mount but can't.
kaas regains half guard.
kaas gets back to full guard.

kaas is looking for a triangle but Eriksen pushes his legs off easily.
kaas utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
kaas avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

kaas pushes Eriksen off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Eriksen looks to land a combination. kaas sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
kaas shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Eriksen as he jumps to the side.

That's one minute gone in the round.
kaas swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
kaas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Eriksen tried to score with a low kick but kaas checks it.
kaas closes this distance looking for a takedown but Eriksen circles away.
Marshall Eriksen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of kees kaas.
kaas looks gassed!
kaas swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A punch combination from Eriksen misses.
kaas takes one on the button.
Eriksen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by kaas.
Eriksen scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Eriksen cracks kaas with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Eriksen scores a takedown into full mount!
Eriksen connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Eriksen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for kaas on the ground.
Eriksen landing punches.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Eriksen cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
kaas is bucking up trying to escape but Eriksen cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Eriksen pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
kaas is trying desperately to improve position.
Eriksen looking to finish kaas with some ground and pound. This is bad for kaas!

kaas is rocked!
Eriksen unloads with some vicious shots from mount and kaas wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Eriksen celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
