Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Handsome Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Barnes misses with a wild body shot.
Barnes throws a jab but it's blocked by Blake.
Barnes misses with a low kick.
Barnes fails in his attempt to clinch.
Barnes misses with a low kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blake misses with an attempted mid kick.
Barnes scores with a body shot.

Danga de danga de dang - Barnes scores with a four punch combination!

It looks like Handsome Blake has been cut.
Barnes misses with a wild combination.
Blake closes the distance and clinches up with Barnes, looking for a takedown. Blake pushes Barnes against the cage but Barnes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Barnes attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Blake avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Blake misses with a looping right.
Barnes slaps away a takedown attempt from Blake, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Handsome Blake. That's going to take a lot out of him.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Blake.
Blake wants to land a leg kick but Barnes is out of range.
Blake shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Barnes as he avoids it easily.
Barnes throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Barnes sends Blake crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Barnes is motioning to the referee to let Blake up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Blake is rocked!

Barnes moves into range and clinches up with Blake.
Oh Blake is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Barnes presses Blake against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Blake seems to have got his legs back now.
Barnes lands a body punch in the clinch.
Blake tries to score a body lock takedown but Barnes shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Blake is working for takedown but Barnes is calmly controlling the position for now.
Blake is breathing heavily.
Barnes works on Blake's body with a couple of short punches.
Barnes lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Blake to his knees! Barnes keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
