Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Crack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crack has chosen Itz MS as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crack misses with a straight left.
Crack fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Johnny Chan has been cut.
A jab from Chan finds it's way through Crack's defenses.
Crack tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Crack with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Chan to score with a decent uppercut.
A big right from Crack misses.
Jab, jab by Chan - just one landing.
Crack misses the jab.
Crack moves out of range of the strikes.
Chan lands with a shot to the body.
Crack misses the body punch
and Chan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chan looks to land a right hand but Crack moved out of range.
Chan scores with a crisp jab that stopped Crack in his tracks.

Crack wants to clinch but Chan slips to the side
and Chan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Chan lands a nice shot that snaps Crack's head back.
Crack missing with a left hand there. Chan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Chan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Crack on the side of the head.

Crack misses with a looping left.
Chan slips under a jab from Crack.
Crack walks into a left hand.
Chan cracks Crack with a good jab.
Jimmy Crack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crack throws a sloppy body shot
and Chan counters with a nice uppercut.
Chan avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Chan catches Crack with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Chan is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Chan punishes Crack's body with a nice straight punch.
Chan lands with a shot to the body.
Crack looks gassed!
Crack misses with a hook. Chan ducked under it nicely.
Chan scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crack takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Chan scores with a punch to the head.
Chan clobbers Crack with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Chan tries to bum rush Crack with a series of wild strikes but Crack uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Chan lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Crack can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Chan and Crack drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Chan.
