The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emelianenko closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Galamovic to the mat! Galamovic manages to get full guard. Emelianenko controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Emelianenko gets to his feet - Galamovic follows without any prompting. Galamovic tries for a takedown but Emelianenko circles away easily and Emelianenko counters with a nice double leg into side control. Galamovic won't be happy with that. Galamovic tries to bench press Emelianenko off him but Emelianenko keeps the position. Emelianenko has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Galamovic is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Emelianenko yanks on the arm and Galamovic is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Emelianenko.
