Rizzo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mayweather throws out the jab.
Rizzo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mayweather as he avoids it easily.

Rizzo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mayweather circles away.
Rizzo takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Rizzo is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mayweather lands with a shot to the body.

Mayweather sends Rizzo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mayweather is motioning to the referee to let Rizzo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Rizzo loses concentration momentarily and Mayweather pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Rizzo crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Mayweather finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
