Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bill Crosly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Son Goku!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crosly changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Goku tries to avoid it but Crosly manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Goku to the ground. Goku escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Goku lands a nice leg kick that just misses Crosly's sensitive parts.
Crosly could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Crosly is breathing heavily.
Good leg kick by Goku there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Goku throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Crosly is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Son Goku!
