Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between speedy devil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and weirdo stick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
stick tries to close the distance and clinch but devil swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
devil closes the distance and lands a one-two.

and stick counters by moving into the clinch.
devil tries to circle away but stick has him pinned against the ropes.
stick tries for a takedown but devil manages to get underhooks.
devil misses with a knee to the head.

stick seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
