Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Titan Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimi Bailey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reyes slaps away a takedown attempt from Bailey, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Reyes misses with a takedown attempt
and Bailey counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Reyes is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Reyes fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bailey shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Reyes sprawls well. Reyes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bailey gets slowly back to his feet.

Bailey is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Bailey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Reyes's guard.

Bailey drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bailey jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

and Bailey decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Reyes's guard.
Bailey must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Reyes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bailey's guard.
