Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martin Ruus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Subz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Subz is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Speak - Stop The War. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jonny Subz enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Subz throws out a loose jab but Ruus uses good head movement to avoid it.
Subz works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Ruus uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Subz.
Subz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ruus was well out of range. Poor timing from Subz.

Subz shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ruus is trying to defend but Subz finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Ruus takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Subz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Subz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Ruus shoots and misses
