Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinnie Barbarino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baker kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Duck Song. Barbarino is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Barbarino song. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Baker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Vinnie Barbarino!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbarino gets caught flat footed, as Baker shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barbarino wants to sweep here but Baker controlling him for the moment.
Baker has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Barbarino throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Barbarino is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Baker tries to roll over but Barbarino keeps him under control.
Baker trying to control but Barbarino postures up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Barbarino connects with a nice short shot to Baker's temple.
Baker keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Barbarino lands with a punch from half guard.
Baker on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Baker tries to get out of the position.
Baker tries to roll over but Barbarino keeps him under control.
Barbarino throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Barbarino looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Baker with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Barbarino works his way into side control.
Baker tries to buck Barbarino off but Barbarino is having none of it.
Barbarino misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Barbarino throws a strike aimed at the side of Baker's head but Baker avoids it well.
Barbarino has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Baker!
BOOM! Barbarino connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Barbarino cracks Baker with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
It looks like Jake Baker has been cut.
Baker might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Barbarino lands a big shot there that rocks Baker but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Jake Baker's cut is getting worse.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jake Baker's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Vinnie Barbarino!
