Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blacksmith keeps the fight on the outside.
Blacksmith darts in trying to clinch

and Force counters with a single leg into guard. Blacksmith didn't expect that.
Blacksmith is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Force is controlling him.
Force wanted to stand there but Blacksmith had control of the position.
Blacksmith can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Force controls the pace.

Blacksmith is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Force is staying active underneath Blacksmith, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Blacksmith is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hunter Force will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Force is pressing down on Blacksmith's thigh, looking to free his foot. Blacksmith is holding on for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Force drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Blacksmith gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Blacksmith wants to get back to striking at distance but Force won't allow it.

Blacksmith breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Blacksmith buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Blacksmith lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Force gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Blacksmith counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hunter Force. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Blacksmith has had enough of the clinch but Force keeps him there for the moment.

Blacksmith is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Force can't fight it off and eventually Blacksmith manages to take the fight to the floor. Force looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Blacksmith must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Adam Blacksmith comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Blacksmith has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
