Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between KINGEN KOKO (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Jefferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jefferson's choice of entrance music: Encore. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, KINGEN KOKO!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, George Jefferson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
KOKO fails with the takedown.
Jefferson shoots in for a takedown but KOKO shows good takedown defense.
Jefferson tries to close the distance and clinch up but KOKO swats him away and circles back towards the center.
KOKO lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
KOKO avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jefferson circles away from the clinch attempt.

Jefferson instigates a clinch.
Jefferson comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
KOKO looking to throw knees to the head but Jefferson is blocking nicely.

KOKO wants to control from the top but Jefferson keeps moving.

Jefferson is working an open guard so KOKO takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Jefferson closes the distance but KOKO moves to the side

and KOKO counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jefferson's guard now.

This has been an exciting period of action!

KOKO decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jefferson, up you get!

Jefferson throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

KINGEN KOKO has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Jefferson.

KOKO bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jefferson's guard.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Jefferson just misses with a elbow thrown towards KOKO's brow.
KOKO tries to break free but Jefferson pushes him back against the cage.
KOKO is trying to break the clinch but Jefferson is controlling him.

KOKO drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jefferson pulls his leg out and moves away.

KOKO tries to clinch up but Jefferson circles away and keeps his distance.
KOKO throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jefferson's waist but Jefferson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing KOKO off to one side.

Jefferson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. KOKO swivels though and keeps the full guard.

KOKO wants to get back to his feet but Jefferson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

George Jefferson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jefferson looking to control but KOKO is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jefferson is landing with some decent strikes but KOKO is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

I would just about give that final round to George Jefferson.
I think Jefferson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
