Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Vinicius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ashot Agopyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agopyan has a takedown stuffed.
Vinicius tries for a takedown but Agopyan circles away easily

and Agopyan counters with a takedown into side control.
Vinicius wants to control but Agopyan postures up.

Agopyan is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vinicius is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Agopyan is going olschool here, as he tries to force Vinicius to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Vinicius shrugs it off.

Agopyan jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Vinicius is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Vinicius and Agopyan has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Agopyan is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Vinicius defends it well.

Agopyan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vinicius swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Vinicius tightens his grip and picks Agopyan up, before dumping him to the ground. Agopyan manages to land in guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Agopyan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Agopyan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
