Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Genta Kichiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hideki Motosuva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hideki Motosuva!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Motosuva with that takedown attempt.
Kichiro is trying hard to land a takedown here. Motosuva sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Motosuva has his takedown stuffed
and Kichiro counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kichiro stuffs the takedown attempt from Motosuva. Motosuva gets slowly back to his feet.
Genta Kichiro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hideki Motosuva.
Motosuva fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kichiro avoids it really well and circles away.
Motosuva checks a leg kick.

Horrible takedown by Motosuva or perhaps it was just good defense by Kichiro which made him look bad.

Motosuva shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kichiro pinned against the cage. Kichiro gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kichiro fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Motosuva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kichiro counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Motosuva looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kichiro drops back looking for a leg! Motosuva is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Motosuva manages to kick Kichiro off! Kichiro jumps back into Motosuva's guard.
Motosuva throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Kichiro working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Motosuva's head.
Kichiro throwing strikes but missing.
Kichiro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Motosuva swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kichiro has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kichiro throws a strike but Motosuva rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kichiro looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Motosuva is defending well. Kichiro quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Motosuva has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Kichiro celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
