Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Payton Strader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Cali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Payton Strader could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jorge Cali's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Payton Strader! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jorge Cali! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strader instigates a clinch. A nice glancing elbow lands by Strader.
Strader breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Strader showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cali.
Strader avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cali with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Strader takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. A good leg kick by Cali. Cali should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Cali misses with an attempted mid kick.
Cali lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Cali rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Strader moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Strader shoots in but no luck this time. Strader has a takedown stuffed. Cali tries to bum rush Strader with a series of wild strikes but Strader uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cali attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Cali tries to work over Strader's front leg with a kick but Strader checks it. Cali connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Jorge Cali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Cali tries to land a front kick but Strader steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Cali fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Strader is out of range. Cali is looking to chop away at Strader's legs. Cali fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Strader checks it well. Strader takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Cali throws a sloppy head kick and Strader moves out of range easily. A head kick misses from Cali. Cali tries to bum rush Strader with a series of wild strikes but Strader uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cali swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Strader drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Strader is breathing heavily. Cali is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Strader is controlling him well.
Strader has hold of Cali's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Cali seems comfortable defending it but Strader has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Cali is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Cali is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Strader couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Payton Strader!
