Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Laz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Kingston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Laz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kingston is trying to maintain the position but Laz is very close to passing his half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Laz in particular looking to stall.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Laz cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Laz sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kingston is squirming around, avoiding Laz's attempts to control the action.
Kingston tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Laz looking to finish with strikes here!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Laz misses with a head shot.
Laz throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Kingston because Laz loaded up on that one.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kingston is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Kingston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Laz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kingston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Laz circles away quickly and effectively.

Laz jumps guard and drags Kingston to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Laz pulls Kingston in close to his closed guard and prevents Kingston from doing any damage or advancing position.

King Laz showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Laz has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
