Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tony malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Meia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). malone's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tequila makes her clothes fall of. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Meia shoots in but no luck this time.
Meia fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

I looks like Meia might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

malone shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Meia manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Despite being in the dominant position, Damian Meia just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Meia shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in malone's guard.

malone has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Meia is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for malone.
