The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Mac smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Nate Burns has been cut.
Burns throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Burns takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Burns looks to score with a jab to the body but Mac is just out of range.
Mac rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Burns moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mac fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Burns misses with a double jab
and Mac counters with a left to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
No joy there for Mac, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Burns takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mac misses with a hook.
Mac with a nice cross.
Burns is rocked!
Mac steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Burns is out on his feet! Mac sets himself and nearly takes Burns's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
