And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Claes Horn!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Homma pinned against the cage. Homma gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Horn shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Homma as he jumps to the side.
Horn closes this distance looking for a takedown but Homma circles away.
Masaharu Homma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Claes Horn.

Homma rushes Horn and presses him up against the cage.
Homma comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Claes Horn has been cut.

Horn tries to work over Homma's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Homma lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
