Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Matt Edgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Katsu Ko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ko is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: National Anthem. Matt Edgar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Edgar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Katsu Ko!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar fails to land the takedown.
Edgar tries to clinch but Ko moves out of range.

Ko has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ko lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Edgar wants a takedown.
Edgar's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

It looks like Matt Edgar has been cut.

Edgar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Edgar tries to close the distance and clinch but Ko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Edgar looks to throw the jab but Ko is out of range.
Ko swats away the attempt to clinch by Edgar.

Ko moves into range and clinches up with Edgar.
Ko is leaning against Edgar and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Edgar is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ko pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Edgar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Edgar misses with some punches.

Ko breaks the clinch.
Edgar looks to land a left hand but Ko moved out of range nicely.
Ko slips a straight right by Edgar.

Ko closes the distance and clinches.

Ko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ko lands an overhand right.
Edgar throws a sloppy head kick and Ko moves out of range easily.

Ko moves into range and clinches up with Edgar.

Ko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ko wants to clinch up but Edgar keeps it at a distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ko avoids the head kick by Edgar.
A punch lands to the side of Edgar 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Ko gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Edgar wants to break free but Ko has control.

Ko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Edgar looks for a takedown but Ko sprawls well.
Edgar is breathing heavily.
Edgar darts in trying to clinch
and Ko counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ko plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Ko scoring well with a low kick there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Ko moves into the clinch.
Ko lands a damaging elbow.
A shot in the inside from Ko.

Ko breaks the clinch.
The fighters circle, before Ko throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Edgar's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Ko lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
