The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Irons shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rae bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Irons's head.
Irons gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Irons tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rae swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rae connects with a body shot.
Rae scores with a head kick.

It looks like Shayne Irons has been cut.

Irons is looking to clinch but Rae is avoiding it.
Rae fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rae throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Rae lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Irons can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Rae and Irons drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Rae.
