The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bluth moves away from the strike by Fisher.

Bluth drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Bluth drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bluth jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fisher looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Bluth puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Fisher stuffs the takedown attempt from Bluth. Bluth gets slowly back to his feet.
Byron Bluth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fisher rushes Bluth and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Fisher feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close round but I would say that Dylan Fisher will probably get the nod.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bluth is posturing up here but Fisher has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Bluth tries to roll out but it's too tight and Bluth has to tap! Slick submission there by Fisher!
