Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Diddy Waffle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diddy Waffle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Diddy Waffle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brandon Williams!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams closes the distance and clinches.

Williams turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Williams manages to end up in side control.

Williams thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Williams has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Williams stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Williams obliges.

Williams drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Williams jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Williams stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Waffle to get to his feet.

Williams decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Williams has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Waffle off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Williams throws a right hand that Waffle ducks under and follows up with a left that Waffle also avoids with ease.

Brandon Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Williams holds on and takes a little breather.

Williams manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Waffle manages to get himself to full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Williams has hold of Waffle's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Waffle manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Brandon Williams is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Brandon Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Williams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
