The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Standish closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Chai quickly recovers to half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chai seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Chai is staying active underneath Standish, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Standish seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Chai is not content to let Standish control the position.
