NGCS - Grand Prix Round 1 PBP Commentary |
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 39 wins and 21 losses; Niles Standish! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 4 losses; Graeme Du Bois! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Alyssa Summers and Bruno Lombardi.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Du Bois shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Standish is trying to defend but Du Bois finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
