Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Graham Grant (ranked 2869 p4p, 3094 weight class) and Test Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grant kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Till I Die by MGK. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Graham Grant! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Test Beast! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beast misses with a lunging right hand
and Grant counters with a takedown into side control. Grant advances nicely into full mount. Grant controlling the pace for now. Beast really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Grant. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Grant throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Grant controlling from mount. Grant throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Beast because Grant loaded up on that one. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grant has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grant misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Grant dominating with strikes here. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Beast can do anything to dispel that myth. Grant postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Beast badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Grant around the waist but Grant pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Grant is the winner by TKO! Grant jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Graham Grant! A relieved looking Graham Grant thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
