Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Sullivan (ranked 2607 p4p, 4041 weight class) and Krzysztof Kulak (ranked 0 p4p, 391 weight class). Krzysztof Kulak is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Luke Sullivan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Krzysztof Kulak! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sullivan gets tackled into the cage by Kulak. Kulak maintains the clinch. A right hand to the body from Sullivan.
Kulak gets a trip takedown into half guard. Sullivan pushes Kulak off but Kulak dives into side control.
Sullivan is looking for a sweep. Kulak wants to control but Sullivan is keeping him busy. Kulak slows the pace down. Sullivan is looking to regain half guard here but Kulak keeps moving and retains side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sullivan is working hard here to advance position. Sullivan regains half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kulak slows the pace down in half guard.
Kulak is working for a submission of some sort.
Kulak looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Kulak stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sullivan moves out of range of the body kick. Kulak is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sullivan sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kulak throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sullivan's waist but Sullivan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kulak off to one side. Sullivan scores with a shot to the body.
Kulak on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Nice shot lands for Sullivan. Kulak misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Luke Sullivan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krzysztof Kulak. Kulak darts in trying to clinch enabling Sullivan to counter with a crisp jab. Luke Sullivan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kulak has his takedown stuffed and Sullivan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Kulak showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sullivan.
Kulak wants to clinch and Sullivan counters with a stiff right hand. Kulak walks into a stiff left hand from Sullivan. Sullivan with a hook.
 Kulak is rocked! Sullivan misses with a double jab.
Kulak is still on wobbly legs! Can Sullivan finish him? Sullivan lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Kulak seems to have recovered his senses. Sullivan misses with a head kick.
Sullivan throws a nice looking combination but Kulak bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kulak tries to clinch there but Sullivan circles away.
Kulak misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sullivan lands an overhand right. Kulak is looking to clinch but Sullivan is avoiding it.
Sullivan lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kulak shoots in and drives through. Sullivan sprawls well. Kulak scores with a push kick. Kulak looks winded! Kulak walks into a stiff left hand from Sullivan. Sullivan punishes Kulak's body with a nice straight punch. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kulak. Sullivan shrugs it off though. Sullivan scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Kulak looks for a takedown but Sullivan sprawls well. As Kulak looks to move away, Sullivan throws a big counter combo but Kulak just gets out of the way. Sullivan throws a low kick, looking for Kulak's leg but Kulak calmly moves out of range. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Luke Sullivan dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Sullivan tries to bum rush Kulak with a series of wild strikes but Kulak uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sullivan is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kulak can do to turn this around?
Kulak clinches up against the cage. Sullivan slows down the pace here.
Kulak is pushing Sullivan up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. A head punch blocked on the inside by Sullivan. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sullivan stalling against the cage.

Kulak breaks the clinch.
Sullivan thuds his right hand into Kulak's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Kulak tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sullivan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Sullivan is looking to chop away at Kulak's legs. Kulak drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Sullivan defends it well. Sullivan throws out a leg kick but Kulak moves out of range and Sullivan only half commits. Sullivan fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Kulak looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sullivan is fending him off so far but Kulak persists. Nope, Sullivan circles away and we're back to standing. Kulak shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sullivan counters with a two punch combo. Luke Sullivan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kulak is breathing heavily. Sullivan lands a nice shot to the body.
Kulak shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sullivan pinned against the cage. Sullivan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Luke Sullivan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krzysztof Kulak.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Sullivan getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Kulak keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sullivan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kulak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Sullivan lands the left hand. Kulak avoids a punch combination nicely.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Kulak fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sullivan avoids it really well and circles away. Kulak avoids a punch combination nicely.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kulak or perhaps it was just good defense by Sullivan, which made it look bad. Sullivan throws a head kick that misses. Kulak moves out of range as Sullivan throws a body kick.
Sullivan digs a good body shot into Kulak's ribs. Sullivan moves into range and connects with a jab. Kulak tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sullivan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Sullivan punishes Kulak's body with a nice straight punch.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sullivan cracks Kulak with a right hand to the side of the head. Sullivan misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kulak throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sullivan lands a head shot. Sullivan scores with a hook to the body. Kulak takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sullivan displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Kulak walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Sullivan lands with a big left! Kulak is wobbled badly! Sullivan comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Kulak to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Luke Sullivan! A very excited looking Luke Sullivan made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
