Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Omar Mhadhbi (ranked 4062 p4p, 2747 weight class) and Conor McGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Omar Mhadhbi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Conor McGregor!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mhadhbi shoots in and drives through. McGregor sprawls well.
McGregor throws a series of strikes that have Mhadhbi backpedaling.
McGregor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
McGregor closes the distance and clinches up with Mhadhbi, looking for a takedown. McGregor pushes Mhadhbi against the cage but Mhadhbi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
As McGregor tries to get set, Mhadhbi tries to push him back and clinch up but McGregor manages to avoid the attempt.
McGregor dives in and grabs Mhadhbi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mhadhbi pushes down on McGregor's head and hops out.

Mhadhbi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McGregor avoids it really well and circles away.
McGregor tries a quick counter leg kick but Mhadhbi is wise to it.

McGregor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mhadhbi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McGregor has managed to get both his arms back between Mhadhbi's legs - danger averted.

McGregor is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Mhadhbi jumps into side control!

That was a close round but I would say that Omar Mhadhbi will probably get the nod.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mhadhbi, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
