Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kris Coco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Douglas Levison!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Levison throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kris Coco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Coco moves to clinch but Levison breaks away
letting Levison counter with a right hand.
It looks like Kris Coco has been cut.
Levison shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Coco napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Levison is chipping away with strikes.

Coco tries to bench press Levison off him but Levison keeps the position.
Coco trying to remain calm as Levison controls from the top position.
Levison has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Levison scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Coco is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Levison can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
