The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clegane gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and DeeStroy counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Clegane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

DeeStroy tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Clegane swivels and escapes.
DeeStroy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Clegane moves away.
Clegane closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. DeeStroy did well to prevent Clegane getting side control.
DeeStroy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Clegane wants to work for an arm triangle but DeeStroy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
