Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Bjorkman (ranked 512 p4p, 744 weight class) and Hamza Kosen (ranked 22 p4p, 35 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Bjorkman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hamza Kosen! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bjorkman takes a swing at Kosen's ribcage but misses. Bjorkman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kosen connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Kosen shoots in for a takedown but Bjorkman shows good takedown defense. Bjorkman throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Kosen counters with a lovely straight right hand! We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kosen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Kosen closes the distance and pushes Bjorkman back into the cage.
Kosen has Bjorkman pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kosen pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Bjorkman tumbling to the mat - Kosen dives into Bjorkman's guard. Kosen preventing the sweep. Kosen throws a big elbow that misses. Kosen throwing strikes from guard but Bjorkman blocks nicely. Kosen throws an elbow that misses. Bjorkman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kosen's guard. Nice move by Bjorkman!
Kosen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Bjorkman trying to control but Kosen is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kosen looking for a sweep. Not yet Kosen, not yet. Kosen wants to control the position but Bjorkman says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Kosen looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Kosen tries to get to full guard but Bjorkman has control of the leg. Kosen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Kosen actively working from the bottom here. Kosen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bjorkman looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Kosen tries to get to full guard but Bjorkman has control of the leg.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kosen is on top in guard.
Bjorkman wants to sweep here but Kosen controlling him for the moment. Kosen working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Bjorkman's head. Bjorkman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kosen is one step ahead there. Kosen throwing strikes but missing.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Bjorkman looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kosen chips away with some ground and pound. Kosen trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bjorkman wants to sweep but no luck. Kosen is pushing down on Bjorkman's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bjorkman is fighting to maintain full guard but Kosen has managed to sneak the leg through. Bjorkman trying to control from the bottom.
Kosen is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kosen throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Bjorkman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kosen missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Bjorkman blocking the ground and pound attempt from Kosen. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Hamza Kosen dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Bjorkman wants to clinch up but Kosen keeps it at a distance. Kosen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kosen has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Bjorkman looks to land a left hand but Kosen moved out of range nicely. Bjorkman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kosen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bjorkman throws an overhand right that lands on Kosen's shoulder, as Kosen tries to avoid the shot. Bjorkman jabbing away but nothing is landing. Bjorkman throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bjorkman lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
 It looks like Hamza Kosen has been cut. Kosen takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Daniel Bjorkman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bjorkman ducks under a wild hook from Kosen. Bjorkman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kosen was well out of range. Poor timing from Bjorkman. Kosen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A jab lands there for Bjorkman.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kosen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bjorkman. Bjorkman lands with a good body shot. Bjorkman wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Nice defenses there by Kosen. Kosen is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Bjorkman defending well as Kosen loads up on a big left hand. A big right from Bjorkman misses. Kosen lands with a good body shot. Bjorkman misses the shot to the body. Bjorkman looks to land a right hand but Kosen moved out of range. Bjorkman works the jab nicely. Kosen keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bjorkman. Kosen unleashes a big counter combination but Bjorkman bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Kosen drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kosen trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kosen controls from within his opponent's guard. Kosen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bjorkman looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bjorkman managing to control the position. Kosen lands a couple of digs. Kosen working some strikes from top position.

Bjorkman is trying to keep Kosen in close.
Bjorkman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kosen manages to get himself to full guard.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Kosen lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Bjorkman controls Kosen momentarily but Kosen frees himself. Kosen scoring with punches to the head and body. Kosen is in close to Bjorkman's body, working some short punches and elbows. Kosen slips nicely into half guard.
Kosen is working for a kimura but Bjorkman is defending it quite comfortably.
Bjorkman wants to control but Kosen is keeping busy.

That was a close second round but I would say that Daniel Bjorkman will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Hamza Kosen's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Bjorkman misses the jab. Bjorkman throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kosen sees it coming and avoids it easily. Bjorkman misses with a looping left. A countering left hand to the body from Kosen misses. Bjorkman missing with a left hand there. Kosen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Kosen shoots for a double leg takedown but Bjorkman sprawls well. He's pushed Kosen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bjorkman missing with a left hand there. Bjorkman is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Kosen's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Kosen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bjorkman. Bjorkman throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kosen stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bjorkman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kosen to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kosen looking to sit in guard and control but Bjorkman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Bjorkman is stalling in the full guard. Kosen trying to keep a closed guard but Bjorkman is proving a slippery customer.
Bjorkman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Kosen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bjorkman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Bjorkman preventing the sweep. Kosen controls Bjorkman momentarily but Bjorkman frees himself.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Bjorkman throws a right hand that misses
and Kosen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kosen slips a straight right by Bjorkman. And Kosen tries to counter it with a takedown but Bjorkman pushes his down on his head and steps out. Kosen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bjorkman throws out the jab. Kosen unleashes a big counter combination but Bjorkman bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Kosen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Bjorkman takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. A big left from Bjorkman misses. Kosen throws a right hand that misses
enabling Bjorkman to counter with a crisp jab. Bjorkman tests Kosen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
 That has opened up Hamza Kosen's cut even more. Bjorkman misses with a series of wild punches.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Kosen. Bjorkman tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
And that's the end of the fight! Daniel Bjorkman showed his dominance in that final round. I think Bjorkman has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Daniel Bjorkman! In his post fight interview, Daniel Bjorkman started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
