Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Claudio Sborra (ranked 3990 p4p, 4710 weight class) and Sage Gilmore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sage Gilmore is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Claudio Sborra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sage Gilmore!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sborra clinches up against the cage.
Gilmore pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gilmore has taken the fight to the clinch.
Sborra trying to control the position but instead, Gilmore has worked for underhooks and has pushed Sborra into the cage.
Gilmore breaks the clinch.
Gilmore goes for a double leg but Sborra avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sborra continues to drive forward.
Gilmore keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Sborra is looking to clinch.
Gilmore shoots for a double leg takedown but Sborra sprawls well. He's pushed Gilmore's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sborra tries to counter by clinching up but Gilmore breaks away and moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sborra tries to clinch but Gilmore is having none of it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sborra. Gilmore does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sborra lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sborra.
It looks like Sage Gilmore has been cut.
Sborra shoots in and gets a takedown into Gilmore's guard.
Gilmore is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sborra is pushing down on Gilmore's leg trying to pass to half guard. Gilmore is fighting to maintain full guard but Sborra has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sborra moves into full mount! Gilmore won't be happy about that!
Sborra lands with some strikes.
Gilmore is still in real trouble! Can Sborra finish him?
Sborra tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Gilmore seems to have recovered his senses.
Gilmore tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Sborra scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Gilmore?
Sborra really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sborra takes Gilmore's back.
Gilmore is trying to defend against the choke here but Sborra has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Sborra Tightens the hold and Gilmore taps out furiously! Sborra displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Claudio Sborra!
