Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yahmir Solynski (ranked 4566 p4p, 25116 weight class) and Min Seok Choi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yahmir Solynski could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Min Seok Choi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yahmir Solynski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Min Seok Choi! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Choi tries for a takedown but Solynski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Solynski swats away the attempt to clinch by Choi. A head kick from Choi lands but Solynski takes it in his stride.
Solynski gets caught napping as Choi dives in and scores a takedown. Solynski manages to retain guard. Choi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Solynski is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Solynski has control of Choi's left arm, preventing Choi from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Choi must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Choi wants to pass the guard but Solynski is keeping the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Choi gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Choi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Solynski fails with an attempt to clinch.
Solynski gets tackled into the cage by Choi. Choi maintains the clinch.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
Choi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Choi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Choi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Solynski's corner is telling him to maintain position. Choi throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Solynski content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Solynski wanted to stand there but Choi had control of the position. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Choi is on top in guard.
Choi is looking to pass into half guard but Solynski pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Solynski is in guard.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Choi trying to keep a closed guard but Solynski is proving a slippery customer.
Choi can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Solynski controls the pace. Choi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Choi looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Choi is working an open guard so Solynski takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. A head kick misses from Choi. Choi thumps Solynski with a low kick. Choi misses with a takedown attempt - Solynski sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. As Choi looks to move away, Solynski throws a big counter combo but Choi just gets out of the way. Choi fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Yahmir Solynski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Min Seok Choi.
Choi pushes Solynski up against the cage in a clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Solynski stalls. Choi can't break the clinch.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Min Seok Choi dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Choi goes for a double leg but Solynski avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Solynski continues to drive forward. No joy there for Choi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Solynski misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Choi has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Choi is trying hard to land a takedown here. Solynski sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Choi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Solynski.
Solynski tries to keep at a distance but Choi has taken the fight into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Solynski tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Choi just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yahmir Solynski. That's going to take a lot out of him. Choi is trying to push Solynski away but Solynski has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Choi tries for a takedown but Solynski manages to get underhooks.

Choi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Choi looks to clinch
and Solynski counters with a nice double leg into side control. Choi won't be happy with that. Choi is looking to regain half guard here but Solynski keeps moving and retains side control. Choi is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Choi is trying to get back to half guard. Solynski happy to just control the position for now.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Solynski works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Solynski thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Choi is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Solynski controlling from side mount.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Solynski working away. Choi is looking to reverse the position. Solynski moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Choi is looking to regain half guard here but Solynski keeps moving and retains side control.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Choi is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Choi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Solynski looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Choi swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Solynski counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Choi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Solynski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Solynski controlling the action here. Solynski prevents Choi from improving his position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Yahmir Solynski dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Solynski defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Choi. Solynski dives in for a single leg takedown but Choi sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Choi goes for a takedown attempt but Solynski pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Choi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Solynski has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Solynski tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Choi smiles and moves away.
Min Seok Choi seems to be getting the better of the standup. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Choi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Solynski defends it nicely. Choi darts in looking for a takedown but Solynski gets double underhooks and turns Choi into the cage. Choi is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Solynski fails in his attempt to clinch. Choi let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Solynski fails with an attempt to clinch.
Yahmir Solynski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Solynski connects with a crisp jab. Solynski has a takedown stuffed. Choi shoots for a double leg takedown but Solynski sprawls well. He's pushed Choi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Solynski throws a quick counter kick to the body but Choi avoids it. The fight stays on the outside here - Choi looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Choi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Solynski circles away. Choi tries to clinch up but Solynski circles away and keeps his distance. Solynski tries to counter by clinching up but Choi breaks away and moves out of range. Choi dives in and grabs Solynski's left leg, looking for a takedown. Solynski pushes down on Choi's head and hops out.
Choi clinches. Choi creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Solynski stands up and beckons Choi to join him on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Choi scores with a kick to the midsection.
Solynski shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Solynski showed some decent athleticism there.
And that's the end of the fight! Yahmir Solynski showed his dominance in that final round. I think Solynski has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
