Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wonderbeau Winkle (ranked 65 p4p, 280 weight class) and Oenomaus Doctore (ranked 7 p4p, 43 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Wonderbeau Winkle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oenomaus Doctore !
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight stays on the outside here - Doctore looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Winkle jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Doctore walks away with a smile on his face. Winkle gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Winkle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Winkle tries to close the distance and clinch but Doctore swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Doctore has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Doctore and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
