Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josh Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Stevenson.
Jones throws a lazy right hand but Stevenson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A left and a right from Jones both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Josh Stevenson has been cut.
Jones looks to throw the jab but Stevenson is out of range.
Stevenson scores with a kick to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Stevenson connects with a nice looking jab.
Jones throws a shot from downtown. Stevenson moves away and avoids it.
Nice body kick there by Stevenson.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Stevenson throws a right and a left that both miss.

Stevenson clobbers Jones with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Stevenson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Boy Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Stevenson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stevenson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stevenson.

Stevenson lands a brutal head kick. Jones looks out on his feet and Stevenson throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
