Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Crews (ranked 3990 p4p, 4003 weight class) and Emil Yevseyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacob Crews! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Emil Yevseyev! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crews looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Yevseyev! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Crews working away. Crews is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Yevseyev's shoulder. That is not cool. Crews is looking to take a break and control but Yevseyev is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Crews working the ground and pound but Yevseyev is defending the strikes. Yevseyev tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Crews wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Crews has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Crews lands a decent elbow from side control.
Crews is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Yevseyev has escaped the position, nice work there. Crews wants to lay and pray for a moment but Yevseyev keeps working.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Yevseyev is trying to escape the position but Crews is controlling the position. Yevseyev can't do much from the bottom here. Crews controls the position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Crews throws an elbow but Yevseyev slips to the side and avoids it well. You can see the frustration on Yevseyev's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Yevseyev is trying to get back to half guard. Crews is looking to take a break and control but Yevseyev is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Crews checks a leg kick. Yevseyev looks for a takedown but Crews sprawls well. Yevseyev keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Yevseyev wants to counter with a clinch but Crews pushes him away.
Crews shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Crews throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Crews accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Crews sitting in guard, not really doing much. Crews postures up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Crews is looking to stand up but Yevseyev won't let him. Crews trying to control the position from guard on top but Yevseyev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Crews is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Yevseyev misses with a hook to the body
and Crews counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Crews seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Crews has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jacob Crews dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Crews stuffs the takedown attempt from Yevseyev. Yevseyev gets slowly back to his feet. Yevseyev misses with a takedown and Crews counters with a left and a right that stings Yevseyev. Yevseyev fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Jacob Crews has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emil Yevseyev. Yevseyev fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Yevseyev slaps away a takedown attempt from Crews, before circling back to the center of the mat. Crews is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Yevseyev can do to turn this around? We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yevseyev fails with an attempt to clinch.

Yevseyev shoots for a takedown but Crews saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Crews looking to score a takedown here. Yevseyev is defending well but Crews drives through and ends up in Yevseyev's guard. Yevseyev is breathing heavily. Yevseyev wants to control but Crews passes easily into half guard.
Crews wants to get back to his feet.
Crews keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Yevseyev has hold of Crews's hands but Crews slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Crews is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Crews works his foot free and advances to mount. Crews controlling from mount. Crews lands a nice shot to the head. Crews wants to get back to his feet but Yevseyev is holding on tight.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Crews connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Crews lands a big elbow. Crews is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Yevseyev can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Crews tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Crews punishing his opponent with strikes. Yevseyev in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Crews with a couple of short strikes. Yevseyev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Crews. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Crews lands a big elbow. Yevseyev is looking to get to half guard. Crews working the ground and pound effectively.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Crews is landing with some decent strikes but Yevseyev is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crews lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Yevseyev hang on? Yevseyev is looking to get to half guard. Crews content just to control the position here.
Yevseyev has left one of his arms exposed and Crews doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Yevseyev screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
