Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Adams (ranked 25523 p4p, 3977 weight class) and Mo Chicken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler Adams has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyler Adams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mo Chicken!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Chicken.

Chicken has managed to clinch.

Chicken pulls guard effortlessly.

Chicken escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Adams gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Adams will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Chicken is controlling Adams's posture.
Chicken lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Adams avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Adams looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Chicken throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Adams pushes Chicken off looking to stand but Chicken dives back in and keeps control.

Adams is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Chicken pulls his head out easily.

Adams gets tackled into the cage by Chicken. Chicken maintains the clinch.

Chicken manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Chicken loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Chicken misses with a double jab.
Adams lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Chicken closes the distance and pushes Adams back into the cage.

Adams is looking to control Chicken's arms but Chicken gets an underhook and turns him. Now Adams has his back to the cage.
Adams is looking to break free of the clinch but Chicken has double underhooks.

Chicken is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Adams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Adams jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Chicken walks away with a smile on his face. Adams gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Adams tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Chicken paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Adams counters with a nice body kick.

Chicken drives through and clinches with Adams against the cage.
Chicken tries to break free but Adams pushes him back against the cage.
Adams is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyler Adams. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The crowd are getting on Chicken's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.

Chicken has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Adams regains guard immediately.

Chicken gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Adams regains guard.

Chicken is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Adams is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Adams is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Chicken is controlling him well.

Chicken passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Adams!

Mo Chicken showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Adams closes the distance and clinches up with Chicken, looking for a takedown. Adams pushes Chicken against the cage but Chicken circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mo Chicken seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Chicken throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Adams.

Chicken fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Adams, pushing him back against the cage.

Adams got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chicken has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Adams has managed to get both his arms back between Chicken's legs - danger averted.
Mo Chicken has got the better of the ground game so far.
Chicken bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Adams's guard.

and Chicken counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Chicken is on top in guard.

Adams wants to stand and escape but Chicken is having none of it.

Chicken stands and steps away. Adams gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Adams tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Chicken paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Mo Chicken is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Chicken closes the distance and clinches.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Adams trying to control the position but instead, Chicken has worked for underhooks and has pushed Adams into the cage.
Chicken is trying to break the clinch but Adams is controlling him.

And that's the end of the fight!
Mo Chicken comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Chicken has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A relieved looking Mo Chicken thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
