The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salerno with a poor takedown
and Erthegg cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Radley Salerno has been cut.
Erthegg stuffs the takedown.
Erthegg is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Salerno.
Salerno misses with a takedown attempt
enabling Erthegg to counter with a crisp jab.
Salerno is rocked!
Shteve Erthegg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Radley Salerno.
Salerno closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Erthegg quickly recovers to half guard.
Erthegg tries to kick Salerno off but Salerno keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Erthegg looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Erthegg has his foot on Salerno's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Salerno works his way back into a safe position though.

Erthegg working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Salerno doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Erthegg is tightening it up a little... Salerno has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Salerno reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Salerno taps out! Nice BJJ there by Erthegg!
