Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ullis Yurchon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dorian David!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Darius Henderson and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yurchon dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on David. That did some damage!
Yurchon throws a sloppy head kick and David moves out of range easily.
David changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yurchon tries to avoid it but David manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yurchon to the ground. Yurchon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Yurchon gets in close and instigates a clinch.
David pulls guard successfully.
Yurchon won't allow David to sweep him here.
David is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Yurchon has his hands clasped together but David extends and breaks Yurchon's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by David.
