The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benzel will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Dee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Benzel is just riding it out for now. Dee eventually gives up the hold.

Dee remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Dee is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Benzel knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Benzel for a finish.

Benzel is looking to escape but he's done so without protecting himself and Dee manages to counter with a nice rear naked choke! Benzel is in trouble and he's forced to tap!
