Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Terrellas Kirkas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gryffin McLawhorn!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirkas tries to bum rush McLawhorn with a series of wild strikes but McLawhorn uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McLawhorn dives in for a single leg takedown but Kirkas sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes.
McLawhorn shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kirkas manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
McLawhorn wants to control from the top but Kirkas keeps moving.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kirkas holds on and takes a little breather.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kirkas is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Kirkas moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
McLawhorn drives through and clinches with Kirkas against the ropes.
