Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Levi Duncan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Niki Ecclestone!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duncan moves into the clinch.
Duncan tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Ecclestone tries to pull guard but Duncan forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Duncan is trying to trip Ecclestone. He has hold of a leg but Ecclestone is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Duncan persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Ecclestone controls Duncan momentarily but Duncan frees himself.
Ecclestone is looking for a triangle but Duncan pushes his legs off easily.
Ecclestone keeping moving, preventing Duncan from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Duncan postures up in Ecclestone's guard and throws a big left but Ecclestone blocks it.
Ecclestone is trying to keep Duncan in close.
Ecclestone looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Duncan working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Duncan passes Ecclestone's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Ecclestone manages to get to full guard.
Duncan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Duncan trying to control but Ecclestone is working from the bottom.
Duncan content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Ecclestone has locked up a guillotine! Ecclestone's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Duncan is holding on here and Ecclestone must be using up a lot of energy. Duncan has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Ecclestone gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
