Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Greg Connor (ranked 21215 p4p, 2414 weight class) and Marcel Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Greg Connor has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Greg Connor seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Greg Connor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcel Brown!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Brown changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Connor tries to avoid it but Brown manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Connor to the ground. Connor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Brown shoots in and drives through. Connor sprawls well.
Connor is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Connor moves into the clinch.
Connor lands a shot to the body.
Brown has Connor pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Connor manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Greg Connor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcel Brown.

Connor pushes Brown back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Connor prevents a takedown attempt there.
Brown has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Connor avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Brown is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Connor is defending well for now.

Connor digs a right hand underneath Brown's ribcage. Brown let out a lung full of air as it connected.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Connor throws a big uppercut that drops Brown! More strikes from Connor and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Brown lies dazed against the cage as Connor celebrates with his cornermen!
