Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, bigD Osama!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Declan O Riordan!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Ron Honeybunn and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osama changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. O Riordan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
O Riordan throws Osama to one side and escapes!
O Riordan closes the distance and clinches up with Osama, looking for a takedown. O Riordan pushes Osama against the cage but Osama circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
O Riordan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Osama but Osama pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Osama tries to counter by moving into the clinch but O Riordan manages to circle out of the way.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
O Riordan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Osama pulls his leg out and moves away.
