Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dennis Tolstoi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tranton Ugluck!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ugluck misses with a takedown attempt - Tolstoi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Ugluck looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Tolstoi looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Ugluck puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Tolstoi is refusing to be controlled, as Ugluck sits in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ugluck drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tolstoi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tolstoi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tolstoi!
Tolstoi stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Tolstoi shoots in but no luck this time.
Ugluck drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Tolstoi defends it well.
Tolstoi is breathing heavily.

Ugluck looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tolstoi is fending him off so far but Ugluck persists. Nope, Tolstoi circles away and we're back to standing.
Ugluck wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ugluck shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tolstoi's guard.

Tolstoi has his foot on Ugluck's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ugluck works his way back into a safe position though.
Ugluck gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Ugluck changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tolstoi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Ugluck lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Tolstoi down.
Tolstoi is not content to let Ugluck control the position.
Ugluck is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Ugluck cracks Tolstoi with a big right hand but Tolstoi just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Ugluck misses with an attempted head punch from side control.

Tolstoi on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tolstoi tries to get out of the position.
Ugluck scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Tolstoi to see if he's OK.

Tolstoi manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ugluck's best efforts.

Ugluck is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tolstoi to keep the fight standing.
Ugluck tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Tolstoi's elbow.
Ugluck jumps guard and drags Tolstoi to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Ugluck has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Tolstoi has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Tolstoi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ugluck walks away with a smile on his face. Tolstoi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Ugluck moves in looking to clinch but Tolstoi pushes him off.

Ugluck closes the distance and clinches up with Tolstoi, looking for a takedown. Ugluck pushes Tolstoi against the cage but Tolstoi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ugluck dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ugluck throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Tolstoi.
Ugluck shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dennis Tolstoi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tranton Ugluck.
Tolstoi shoots in and drives through. Ugluck sprawls well.
Ugluck tries to clinch but Tolstoi is having none of it.
Ugluck shoots in looking for a takedown but Tolstoi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ugluck's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Tranton Ugluck showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Ugluck darts in looking for a takedown but Tolstoi gets double underhooks and turns Ugluck into the cage.
It looked like Tolstoi was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Ugluck.
Ugluck misses with the body kick
and Tolstoi counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ugluck won't be happy with that.
Ugluck gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Tolstoi thows a huge punch but Ugluck dodges it nicely.
Ugluck tries to get to full guard but Tolstoi has control of the leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ugluck might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Tolstoi haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dennis Tolstoi.
Well Ugluck has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
