Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jaycee Veto!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veto throws a leg kick but Steel sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Veto misses with a lunging right hand
and Steel counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Jaycee Veto has been cut.
Veto throws a quick inside leg kick.
Veto swings widly with a right hand
and Steel counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A shot to the body from Veto misses
and Steel counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Veto tries to score with a low kick but Steel moves his leg out of the way.
A decent looking cross lands there for Veto.
It looks like Daniel Steel has been cut.
Steel takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
A low kick lands for Veto.
Steel slips a straight right by Veto.
Steel moves out of range of the strikes.
Steel throws an overhand right that lands on Veto's shoulder, as Veto tries to avoid the shot.
Veto throws the left hand but Steel avoids the punch easily.
Steel throwing a counter right hand but Veto manages to avoid it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Veto dips to his left and cracks Steel with an uppercut!
Veto lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Steel throws a hook to the side of Veto's head but Veto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Veto clobbers Steel with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

and Steel counters with a stiff right hand.
Veto looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Steel is looking to counter punch.
Veto swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Veto throws a jab but it's blocked by Steel.
Veto throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Steel counters with a straight right hand.
A big right from Veto misses.
A counter left hand to the body from Steel misses its target.
Veto misses with a lunging right hand
letting Steel counter with a right hand.
Veto throws a hook but Steel blocks it.
Veto throws a nice outside leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Steel takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Daniel Steel's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Veto shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Jaycee Veto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Veto throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Steel connects with a body shot.
Veto fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Steel.
Veto misses with a wild body shot.
Veto throws a jab but it's blocked by Steel.
Steel is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Steel swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Veto scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Steel doesn't seem bothered though.
Veto cracks Steel with a good jab.
Jeez, Daniel Steel's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Daniel Steel's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
